I've made a lot of toast, but the finished product didn't have a pleasing mountain shape. This time, the undulating mountain shape finally appeared. The inside of the bread was beautifully organized, chewy, and fragrant. The aroma of grapefruit-flavored toast became more prominent after one night!

  1. Put the medium ingredients into the bread machine (120 grams of flour, 130 grams of water, 4 grams of yeast)
