They are used to make a hot pot, and the whole family sits together and warmly starts the New Year's Eve dinner mode. However, delicious meatballs and egg whites are also a good combination. This meatball stuffed with eggs and winter bamboo shoots is not only light and delicious in taste, but also has a unique shape that especially attracts children.
