1. 1 Potato flour!

   

2. 2 Soak in boiling water for two minutes, then rinse, then soak in cold water for half an hour!

   

3. 3 Wash the soaked potato starch and scoop it out for later use!

6. 6 Pour the chicken stock into the pot and bring to a boil!

   

7. 7 Pour the potato starch into the boiling pot and cook!

   

8. 8 Flip to avoid burning the bottom!

   

9. 9 Pour the onion into the pot, cook it with the potato starch, then add the ingredients and season it!

   

10. 10 It’s cooked, it’s so fragrant!
