Donkey rolling
Overview
"Donkey Rolling" is one of my favorite delicacies. Because I am from the south, I rarely eat pasta at home. I usually eat rice. No, my husband is from the north and is used to eating pasta, so I have the opportunity to learn how to make pasta. I'm going to show off my embarrassment today. It's my first time to do a donkey roll, and I'm still a little excited. Haha.

-
Prepare the ingredients: glutinous rice flour, soybean noodles, and red bean paste.
-
Pour glutinous rice flour into a container, add appropriate amount of warm water, and knead into a smooth and moist dough.
-
Apply a layer of sesame oil on the bottom of the plate, place the noodles on the plate, wrap in plastic wrap, and steam for about 20 minutes.
-
While the steamed noodles are empty, pour the soybean noodles into the pot and stir-fry over low heat until golden brown.
-
Take it out after the noodles are steamed.
-
Place the steamed bread on a piece of plastic wrap lightly greased with sesame oil and use a rolling pin to roll it into thin slices.
-
Spread the red bean paste evenly on top with chopsticks.
-
Divide into 2 portions, roll from one end into a roll, and sprinkle with fried soybean noodles.
-
Then cut it into small sections with a knife. Remember, you must use a sharp knife to cut, otherwise the knife will stick.
-
You're done.
