Red wine chicken wings
Overview
My son loves grilled chicken wings, but I have been too busy recently, and it takes too long to bake them in the oven, but I have to take good care of him, so I made this red wine fried chicken wings in a wok. I used my King Kong Cyclone wok. The skin will not peel off at all when frying. It only takes 5 minutes after the lid is closed, and the chicken wings will be cooked. The key is that the taste of the fried chicken is no worse than the grilled one. My son also said it is delicious

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the chicken wings and prick a few penetrating holes with a knife
-
Then rinse with warm water several times. This is done to remove blood stasis and impurities from the chicken wings. Since it is impossible to blanch fried chicken wings, soak them multiple times instead of blanching.
-
Grate the ginger, squeeze out the ginger juice, and add salt, pepper, and red wine to the ginger juice
-
Mix well
-
Pour into the chicken wings and marinate for 30 minutes.
-
Take out the marinated chicken wings and put them into the pot without adding any oil. Cover and fry for 1 minute, then turn over and fry for another minute
-
When both sides are browned, add the red wine sauce used to marinate the chicken wings, cover and simmer,
-
Flip after 2 minutes and fry until the juice is reduced.
