Soften the butter and add powdered sugar and beat until the color becomes lighter and the volume becomes larger

Add the beaten egg liquid in portions and beat evenly

Add the twice-sifted cake flour, golden cheese powder, and salt mixture

Mix until the powder is no longer visible and then gently knead it into a ball with your hands

Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a 5mm thick rectangular sheet

Wrap in plastic wrap and freeze in the refrigerator until hard

Take out the dough and cut it into 5mm wide strips with a knife

Arrange evenly on the baking tray and place in an oven preheated to 175°, middle rack, for 10-15 minutes
