There are still some egg yolks left at home. My son will go to school today. I will get some good ones for him to eat.

Wash the swimming crab, remove the gills, and cut in half.

Coat the cut surface with cornstarch.

Pour more oil into the pot, add the swimming crabs wrapped in cornstarch, and fry until golden brown and take out.

Leave a little oil in the pot, add salted egg yolk sauce and stir-fry until bubbling, add the fried swimming crabs, stir-fry evenly and remove from the pot (I forgot to take a photo of this step).
