Luo Han Zhai is usually vegetarian and has a relatively light taste. Because my brother likes to eat heavy flavors, I specially modified it to increase the flavor of this dish.

  1. Wash the dried bamboo shoots, fungus, and mushrooms, and cut all ingredients into small pieces.

  3. Blanch dried mushrooms and bamboo shoots to dry them out.

  5. Add all the ingredients and stir-fry, add water, salt and sugar, cover and simmer for a while.
