Overview
Luo Han Zhai is usually vegetarian and has a relatively light taste. Because my brother likes to eat heavy flavors, I specially modified it to increase the flavor of this dish.

Wash the dried bamboo shoots, fungus, and mushrooms, and cut all ingredients into small pieces.

Cut the cabbage into small pieces and boil in water.

Blanch dried mushrooms and bamboo shoots to dry them out.

When the fat is fried, add a tablespoon of bean paste and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add all the ingredients and stir-fry, add water, salt and sugar, cover and simmer for a while.
