Steps
-
One onion, one colored bell pepper, two green peppers. Wash and cut into thin strips about two inches long and set aside
-
Blanch tomatoes in hot water to peel off, cut into small pieces and set aside
-
Thaw bacon at room temperature and cut into thin strips, set aside
-
Thaw mozzarella cheese at room temperature. Large pieces can be cut into thin strips and set aside
-
Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet, spread evenly with pizza sauce and sprinkle with pizza grass. The remaining sauce and herbs can be used in borscht without fear of waste
-
Spread the sliced bacon strips all over the crust, and put a layer of cheese on top. The more cheese, the better the taste.
-
Spread the previously chopped onions, bell peppers, and green peppers on the cheese, and then spread a layer of cheese on top of the vegetables, finishing in sequence. Pile up like a small mountain
-
Sprinkle cheese powder evenly on top. Personally, I prefer Kraft cheese powder, the cheese taste is more pure
-
You can use the microwave oven on the broiler setting, or high heat for twenty minutes. You can enjoy the delicious pizza without an oven
-
While waiting for the pizza, I made the borscht. Appropriate amount of olive oil, saute minced garlic until fragrant
-
Add the previously chopped tomato cubes to the pan and stir-fry. After the water comes out, add the remaining pizza sauce and pizza grass and stir-fry a few more times
-
Wash and peel the potatoes, cut them into fingernail-sized dices. Smaller pieces will cook more easily. Add and stir-fry
-
Quickly add other chopped vegetables, any leftover leftovers from usual stir-fries can be used
-
Heat the water to boil, cover the pot and simmer over low heat. When the potatoes are almost cooked, add appropriate amounts of salt, black pepper, and MSG in sequence. The potatoes I buy at home are cooked in about ten minutes. This time depends on the variety and size of the potatoes
