Wash the mango, peel and dice.

Take more than half of it and put it into a food processor to make a puree.

Boil the milk, stir in the sugar until melted, turn off the heat and let cool. Pour in the mango puree and stir evenly.

Put the sago into the pot, add enough water, cook over high heat until there is only a small white dot left in the middle of the sago, cover and turn off the heat and simmer for about 10 minutes until the white dot disappears.

Rinse the sago with cold water and drain.

Pour the mango milk paste into the sago.

Peel the grapefruit flesh and gently knead it.

Place the mango slices and grapefruit on the sago.
