Ingredients
Steps
-
spoon of flour, 1 stick of butter (used twice) 1/4 spoon of water
-
Beat the butter in the microwave for 20 seconds until it melts. Pour in the flour in small portions and mix the white flour into granules
-
and into granular form
-
Add 1/4 spoon of water and mix with the granulated white flour, and knead into a dough
-
If this happens, put it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes and wake up
-
Again with a spoonful (not too full) of flour, pour the melted butter into the flour
-
Add 1/4 teaspoon matcha powder and mix the flour evenly
-
Add another 1/4 teaspoon, and then mix the dough evenly. Do not add water. If it is loose, add some butter
-
Kneaded dough with matcha powder added
-
Divide the flower filling into mother-child-sized balls and refrigerate them for ten minutes. This will make them easier to wrap
-
Take out the dough
-
Divide into equal parts
-
Then roll it out like this
-
Place the green dough sheet on the white dough sheet and roll it up
-
Roll into a tube shape
-
Cover with plastic wrap and let rise for ten minutes
-
Roll it into strips again and cut into 2 sections
-
Gather the dough and roll it into dough
-
Dough
-
Put the flower filling (I bought it online and brought it to the United States). Wrap it up like glutinous rice balls, with the seal facing down
-
Wrapped
-
Preheat the oven to 350F, about 160 degrees Celsius, and wait for about 35 minutes. The temperature should not be too high, as it will cause yellowing and affect the appearance.
