Peanut Nougat-Marshmallow Version
Overview
I actually made several versions of nougat this year, but I tried to make the simplest and most delicious marshmallow version of peanut nougat at the end. After having experience with the light cream version of nougat before, I feel that this recipe made with marshmallows is really easy to use. Put the peanuts into the roasting cage

Then fasten the grill cage and put the skewers on the skewers

Stir until roughly uniform

Then pour it onto the silicone mat and knead for a while

Place into a non-stick baking pan and flatten
