Cut the pork and separate the skin and meat. Add salt, sugar and cornstarch to the meat.

Mix well and marinate for a while.

Okra and dried shiitake mushrooms are cooked in water.

Drain okra and shiitake mushrooms.

Cut the mushrooms into pieces and add the lean meat.
