The side dish I used to eat when I was a kid - stir-fried dried radish
Overview
When I was a kid, we often had stir-fried dried radish at home. I would often see my aunt fry it with some meat and put it in a bottle for my cousin to take to school to make a side dish. When I was in junior high school, my father also fried it once or twice. There were not many people in the dormitory who brought this dish, but it disappeared within a few days. I bought some fresh mushrooms today and saw that the dried radish I had brought from my mother-in-law's house had been pickled for a while. My daughter and I didn't want to eat it because it was too salty. We might as well soak it lightly and fry it. If you add some dried peppers to it, it would be such a great dish for rice, hehe.
