Overview
Are you still worried about how to spread the gradient cream cake? Haha~ Here comes the good news for those with handicap, except that this cake is a little time-consuming and only needs to be adjusted well to make the color, it is also amazing!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Bake a 6-inch cake in advance (the recipe is in the previous recipe)
-
Use a cake divider to divide into three slices, dice the mango and whip the whipped cream.
-
Place a cake slice on the base, spread a layer of whipped cream and top with mango slices.
-
Spread another layer of cream on top of the fruit, then place the second cake slice and press lightly with your hands.
-
Repeat the process of smearing the cream and putting the fruit on top of the last cake slice.
-
Spread a layer of butter on the top and sides of the cake (it doesn’t matter if it’s uneven)
-
Use a piping bag to take out part of the white cream, add food coloring and mix gently, put half of it in a piping bag, add some food coloring to the rest, mix well and put it into the piping bag. Finally, use scissors to make a small cut.
-
Pipe the cream from bottom to top and the color from dark to light to form a round shape (pipe the cream vertically)
-
Gently press the round butter with a spatula and pull it back (as shown in the picture). After spreading, pipe a layer of butter vertically.
-
Squeeze the cream bit by bit and use a spatula to press and pull it back. It takes a lot of time for me to squeeze it small (if I squeeze it too much, I am afraid that the cake will be too small and uncoordinated)
-
After everything was mounted, sugar beads were sprinkled in the middle of the cake to decorate it.

Although I am not very good at it, I am willing to share it with everyone.
