Peel the sweet corn, cut the carrots and green pepper into small pieces.

These are cooked pine nuts that can be eaten directly. (The raw ones should be fried in a pot over low heat)

Put warm water in the pot, add the ingredients and cook for about 4 minutes and drain.

Put a little oil in the pan, add green pepper and stir-fry.

Then add corn, sugar, salt, and a little water starch and stir-fry evenly.

Take it out of the pan and plate it up.
