Chop the ribs into small pieces, put them in a pot with cold water, add ginger slices and cooking wine, blanch them, and wash away any foam with warm water.

Cut the white radish into hob cubes and slice the ginger.

Soak the kelp, clean it, and cut it with a knife.

Put the ribs into the pressure cooker, add water, ginger slices, and cooking wine and cook, cover and bring to a boil, then turn to low heat for 15 minutes.

After deflation, open the lid, add radish and kelp, add salt and light soy sauce to taste, and cook for 20 minutes without a pressure relief valve.
