Sweet Potato Rice Pancakes
Overview
Sweet potato and rice are based on grain. Sweet potatoes are rich in starch, dietary fiber, carotene, and vitamins A, B, C, and E. They have high nutritional value and are considered by nutritionists to be the most nutritionally balanced health food. Moreover, every 100 grams of fresh sweet potato contains only 0.2 grams of fat and produces 99 calories, which is about one-third of rice. It is a good low-fat and low-calorie food. Roast and peel the sweet potatoes and prepare the cooked rice.

Put the cooked rice into a plastic bag and mash it into pieces.
