  1. Fluff leftover rice and set aside.

  2. American mixed vegetables, oyster sauce set aside.

  3. Wash the garlic, remove its leaves, and cut into minced garlic. Cut half of the ham sausage into small cubes and set aside.

  4. Heat the oil pan until it is 70% hot.

  5. First add vegetables and stir-fry until soft.

  6. Then add diced ham and stir-fry for a while.

  7. Add the leftover rice and stir-fry until the colorful vegetables are evenly mixed in.

  8. Add 3 tablespoons of oyster sauce and stir-fry together so that every grain of rice is incorporated into the oyster sauce and evenly flavored.
