Sauce-flavored duck wings
Overview
This sauce-flavored duck wing is delicious, not irritating, and can be eaten as a snack. My daughter praised it as royal duck wings! In the past, the duck wings were cooked in one piece, but my daughter said it was difficult to bite them open. Today, I mentioned it to the store at the vegetable market. The owner of the duck wings recommended cutting the duck wings into 3 pieces, which is easier for children to eat and the flavor is more substantial. I tried making it, and it was indeed more delicious and fragrant.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Cut the duck wings into 3 pieces as shown in the picture.
-
Clean well.
-
Put the duck wings in the pot and boil them in water until they are almost cooked.
-
Have ingredients ready.
-
Put appropriate amount of water and ingredients into the pot.
-
Put the duck wings into the pot, add 3 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 5 tablespoons of dark soy sauce, and 3 tablespoons of white wine.
-
Cover the pot and boil for 20 minutes, turning once in the middle.
-
Prepare soybean paste, any brand of bean paste will do.
-
After boiling for 20 minutes, add the bean paste, flip evenly, cover the pot and cook for another 10 minutes.
-
Complete the dish. I purposely make more, put some on a plate to enjoy, and put some in the freezer as a snack (it’s okay to keep it fresh in the freezer for two days, but heat it in the microwave before eating).
