Sweet potato and mustard greens
Overview
The special cooking method from my husband’s hometown. It has the effects of strengthening the stomach, promoting fluid production, smoothing the intestines and stomach, and strengthening the body.

Wash mustard greens and cut into sections.

Peel the sweet potatoes and cut into small pieces

Peel and slice the ginger.

Heat the oil pan and fry the ginger.

Add 3 bowls of water and bring to a boil. (If you like soup, you can add more water.)

Add sweet potatoes and cook until chopsticks can be inserted into them.

Add mustard greens and cook until soft.

Add salt and chicken powder to taste.

One-pot soup, convenient and delicious.
