Overview

Recently, I have become obsessed with making jam. Now is the season for pineapples. The smell of pineapples fills the city. I bought one when I went to the market to buy vegetables. It is so big, weighing five pounds! It weighs at least four kilograms after peeling off the skin, and after being boiled into jam, only one cup is left. Not to mention, the pineapple jam tastes amazing, and it’s really delicious when spread on bread! Sweet and sour, paired with red dates and wolfberry tea, Very good!

  1. Ingredients: sugar, salt, maltose

  2. Cut the pineapple into several large pieces and soak in light salt water for 20 minutes

  3. Lift the pineapple out of the brine, sprinkle with sugar and marinate for 2 hours

  4. Pour the pickled pineapple into a blender and puree it

  5. Pour the pineapple pulp into the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, add rock sugar, reduce the heat to low and cook while stirring

  6. It will take about 40 minutes for the sauce to become thick and smooth, add maltose to increase the consistency
