Three eggs, use an egg yolk separator to separate the egg yolks and egg whites, do not use the egg whites

Add starch to the egg yolk (adding starch tastes better, you don’t have to add it if you don’t have it)

Just use a whisk to break it up (you don’t need to beat for a long time)

Egg tart crust is ready

Pour the beaten egg liquid into the tart shell, filling it eight-quarters full

Place in the preheated oven at 200 degrees in the middle rack for 20 minutes (the time depends on your own oven)

The egg tarts will slowly turn into tiger skin color and can be taken out of the oven after the process is finished
