A different delicacy—yoghurt potted plants
Overview
I love yogurt more than you can imagine, but I can’t let go of biscuits, so why not combine them into one, haha, so this yogurt potted plant was born. Eating a little yogurt every day is good for your health~

Steps
-
Prepare materials
-
Soften the butter, add sifted low-gluten flour and white sugar, and knead it into crumbs with your hands. Add the egg yolk and knead it into a dough. Place it in the refrigerator for 1 hour
-
The refrigerated dough is first allowed to warm up, then rolled into 0.3cm sheets and pressed into shape using a round mold
-
Put it into a 6-piece mold and tidy it up, then use a fork to make small holes at the bottom to prevent the bottom from swelling (this is a picture I took after baking)
-
Place in the preheated oven, bake at 165 degrees for 25 minutes, until golden
-
Crush the digestive biscuits with a rolling pin, wait for the cup to cool, and place a layer of crumbled biscuits at the bottom
-
Then spread another layer of yogurt and repeat twice
-
The top layer is the biscuit top
-
Finally add a mint leaf to garnish the surface
