Boil water in a soup pot and cook the udon noodles for about 1 minute. Drain the udon noodles and set aside

Add a spoonful of salt and a few drops of sesame oil to the water. Blanch the asparagus for about 2 minutes, drain and set aside

Fry the bacon in a pan without adding oil until both sides are browned
