Crispy fried chicken legs
Overview
Fried food is rarely cooked at home. It’s not that I don’t know how to cook it. It’s mainly because of the health issues of my family. Some time ago, children loved eating meat very much, and they also liked to go to McDonald's or KFC with their good friends to eat junk food. One of my good friends' favorite food was fried chicken wings or drumsticks. I thought that cooking at home would be more hygienic than buying from outside, and it was not difficult to make, so I bought some chicken legs and fried chicken powder, and simply made fried chicken drumsticks that the children loved.

Wash the chicken legs and put them on a plate, add cooking wine and salt, mix well and marinate for about half an hour

Marinated chicken legs wrapped in crispy fried powder

Add cooking oil to the pot and heat it to about 60% heat (there will be small bubbles on the chopsticks after putting them in), add the chicken legs wrapped in crispy fried powder

Slowly fry over medium heat until both sides turn golden brown (use chopsticks to flip during the frying process)
