Hot soup snail noodles
Overview
Today I changed the noodles to snail noodles, a breakfast for one person, a lifting electric hot pot + a pack of snail noodles, a quick weekend breakfast for lazy people, and it is very simple. You don’t need to go to the kitchen, just open the hot pot directly on the dining table, cook the rice noodles in the pot, and then boil the soup and pour it over. After a big bowl of hot snail noodles, it is sour, spicy and refreshing, and you will feel that you can’t get enough of it.

Steps
-
pack of snail noodles. If you like, you can add various vegetables. You can eat an egg and then poach an egg.
-
Open the package and look at the ingredients, and you will know how delicious this bowl of snail noodles is. It should be noted that if you cannot eat spicy food, you must put less red oil in it, otherwise it will be too spicy and you will not be able to eat it.
-
Add about 800ml of water to the hot pot, add rice noodles under cold water and bring to a boil, then cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Determine the cooking time according to your favorite taste.
-
After cooking the rice noodles, you can raise the basket with one click, pick out the rice noodles, drain them under cold water, and control the moisture for later use. This is the convenience of using a lifting hot pot.
-
Pour out the soup in the pot and add about 400ml of water to boil. Add the snail soup and cooked rice noodles and cook for 1 minute. You can also cook other side dishes if you like. I only cooked the fried yuba and put the rest directly on the rice noodles. It looks very appetizing.
-
Turn off the heat and take out the rice noodles.
-
Put all the ingredients in the seasoning package except the red oil, then pour the soup, and then pour the red oil according to the spiciness you can accept, and see if it is particularly appetizing.
-
OK! It’s time to start the meal. I accidentally poured a little more red oil today. It felt quite spicy. I enjoyed eating it. Suddenly I found that I could eat spicy food more than before.
