  5. Mix the yogurt and whipped cream (no need to whip) evenly, then add the melted gelatine slices (the yogurt should be thick and original. If the yogurt you use is thinner, don't add the whipped cream, but the taste will be slightly inferior)

  7. Add diced apricots and white sugar to a stainless steel pot and heat over medium-low heat
