Prepare fish filling

Soak the glutinous rice in advance for about 30 minutes

Peel the dry steamed buns and mash them into pieces

Add the minced steamed buns and glutinous rice to the fish filling

Form the fish balls into balls of the same size, add water to the pot and bring to a boil, then steam for 10 minutes
