Lobster Pizza
Overview
There was a frozen Boston lobster in the seafood gift box I bought online years ago that was too small, so I decided to use it to make a lobster pizza for lunch today. I originally wanted to peel the shell and get the meat before making it, but I thought the photo would not look good. I remember that half of the lobster in Pizza Hut’s lobster pizza last year was also in the shell!
