Prepare a soup pot, add enough water to boil over high heat, then turn to medium heat and pour the sago into the water. Cook, stirring, for about 15 to 20 minutes, until there are still small white cores in the middle, then turn off the heat.
-
Strain the sago through a strainer and wash it with clean water to remove the sticky matter from the sago.
-
Bring another pot of boiling water and cook until the sago is completely transparent.
-
Filter the sago again and rinse it with water a few more times until the sago becomes soft and slippery.
-
Pour coconut milk and water into a pot and heat until boiling.
-
Add appropriate amount of rock sugar and dissolve.
-
Cut the mango in half, draw a grid on it, turn it over and cut into small dices.
-
Set aside half of the diced mango and add half to the blender with coconut milk.
-
Stir into grain-free mango coconut milk.
-
Add sago and mango coconut juice into the bowl, stir well and add the remaining diced mango. It will be more delicious after refrigeration.
