Overview
Tiramisu is an Italian dessert with a coffee flavor, made from mascarpone cheese, espresso, finger biscuits and coffee wine/rum. Tiramisu in Italian means "take me away" and "pull me up" means that after eating this delicious food, you will be so happy that you will feel like you are in a fairyland.

The main ingredients for making tiramisu: mascarpone cheese, rum, coffee, whipping cream, and milk.

Dissolve the coffee in 30ml of hot water.

Add 15 grams of rum.

Mix well to make coffee wine. Let cool and set aside.

Mix egg yolks, 60 grams of sugar, and 15 grams of rum into a container.

Mix well with a whisk.

Pour in 25 grams of milk and mix well.

Place the container containing the egg liquid in hot water, heat it over water, and stir constantly.

Stir until thick and creamy.

Then put the beaten egg liquid into cold water and continue to stir until it cools.

Make the egg liquid finally turn into a thick texture.

Place mascarpone cheese in another container.

Beat until smooth.

Pour in the egg yolk paste and beat while pouring until even. Place in the refrigerator to chill until the cheese paste thickens.

Take out the cheese paste and pour the whipped cream into the cheese paste.

Crush finger biscuits, soak them in coffee wine, shape them into round biscuits, and place them on top of the mascarpone filling.

Pour another layer of mascarpone filling to 1/2 of the cup.

Add a finger biscuit soaked in coffee wine.

Finally, pour the mascarpone filling, smooth the surface, and place in the refrigerator for more than 4 hours.

Decorate tiramisu with cocoa powder and icing sugar.
