Tiramisu is an Italian dessert with a coffee flavor, made from mascarpone cheese, espresso, finger biscuits and coffee wine/rum. Tiramisu in Italian means "take me away" and "pull me up" means that after eating this delicious food, you will be so happy that you will feel like you are in a fairyland.

  1. The main ingredients for making tiramisu: mascarpone cheese, rum, coffee, whipping cream, and milk.

  2. Dissolve the coffee in 30ml of hot water.

  20. Crush finger biscuits, soak them in coffee wine, shape them into round biscuits, and place them on top of the mascarpone filling.

  21. Pour another layer of mascarpone filling to 1/2 of the cup.

  22. Add a finger biscuit soaked in coffee wine.

  23. Finally, pour the mascarpone filling, smooth the surface, and place in the refrigerator for more than 4 hours.

  24. Decorate tiramisu with cocoa powder and icing sugar.
