Sometimes I have to work overtime. I don’t even have time to cook when I get home. That day, my husband and I were going to solve the dinner problem separately. But when I came home from working overtime, I found that my husband hadn’t come back yet and was still working hard in the company! Alas, the working people cannot afford to be hurt. My husband saw that I had already arrived home, so he asked me to make him something to eat at home, so as not to eat out. (Save money, it’s hard to earn money, but it’s easy to spend it) By coincidence, I just received 2 boxes of Shi Yunsheng’s original soup from Gourmet World at noon, one box of chicken juice and one box of original flavor. Then I will use chicken broth to make chicken noodle soup. There is still a tomato, a few eggs, and soaked black fungus in the refrigerator. Bring water to a boil, add ramen noodles for 2 people, and cook for 2 and a half minutes until cooked.

Rinse the cooked noodles under cold water. (The ramen I bought this time had a strong alkaline smell, so I treated it as alkaline water. After rinsing it with cold water, the alkaline smell was not so strong, and the noodles did not stick together.)

Wash and slice the tomatoes, beat the eggs, soak and wash the black fungus. (It has been soaked in advance)

Wash the pot, heat the oil, add the eggs and break them up.

Add appropriate amount of Stevens chicken broth, a small amount of salt, and bring to a boil. (I added nearly a large box. Since the chicken soup is also salty, I must add less salt, but if I don’t add it, it would be too bland)
