Overview

  4. Microwave at 80 degrees Celsius for 30 seconds to melt the gelatine sheets, stir well and let cool.

  5. Add passion fruit pulp to the gelatine water.

  6. Pour into the whipping cream.

  8. Place the cake into an 8-inch removable bottom cake mold.

  9. First pour a small amount of whipping cream and arrange the cherries.

  10. Pour in the remaining whipped cream and spread evenly.

  11. Place in the refrigerator to set, at least two hours.
