Stir-fried Pork Liver with Bell Peppers
Overview
Pork liver is rich in vitamin A, vitamin C and trace element selenium which are not found in ordinary meat. Regular consumption of pork liver also supplements vitamin B2, which I personally like. Eating some pork liver regularly is also good for children. Fortunately, my children also like to eat pork liver. I hope you will do the same:)
