Overview

Pork liver is rich in vitamin A, vitamin C and trace element selenium which are not found in ordinary meat. Regular consumption of pork liver also supplements vitamin B2, which I personally like.   1. Prepare ingredients, cut bell pepper into small slices

  2. Blanch the bell peppers in boiling water for half a minute

  3. Drain out cold water to maintain the color and crisp taste of the bell pepper

  4. Clean the pork liver slices, add a little cornstarch and cooking wine and mix well

  5. Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, when the oil is hot, add the pork liver and stir-fry over high heat for about two to three minutes
