Have all materials ready.

Put the butter, powdered sugar, salt and milk powder into a clean basin and stir with a whisk.

Beat the butter until it becomes white and creamy, then add the egg mixture and stir evenly.

Add whole wheat flour and mix well

Add the oatmeal and stir evenly, leaving a small amount of oatmeal for later use

Roll the oatmeal biscuits into a square shape and roll with oatmeal.

Wrap it in plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator until it becomes ice-hard (about 2 hours or more).

Take out the oatmeal cookies from the refrigerator and cut them into 0.5cm thick pieces with a knife.

Place on baking sheet and arrange.

Put it in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for the upper tube and 150 degrees for the lower tube, for 20 minutes.
