Dry fried sea fish (crucian carp)
Overview
When I went to the market to buy vegetables, I saw fresh oil crucian carp and bought a few without hesitation. It can be fried, steamed or boiled. Authentic!

Clean and drain the fish, rub salt all over and marinate for about 10 minutes.

Heat the oil pan until it reaches 80%, put down the marinated fish and start frying over medium heat. Slowly reduce the heat to low in the middle. Do not turn the fish. When it is almost cooked, turn down the heat and turn off the fire source. Fry until golden brown, then turn off the heat and let cool for a while before flipping over to the other side.

When frying the other side, be sure to fry it patiently and slowly. Do not scoop it up immediately after frying. Allow it to cool a little to keep the fish skin intact.

After frying, pour a little soy sauce while it's still hot.
