Stir-fried Spicy Bread Crab
Overview
I love eating crab roe. There is a lot of crab roe hidden in the shell of the Irish bread crab. The fresh and umami flavor of the sea is very suitable for stir-frying. After it is cooked, the aroma of crab paste wafts out of the oil. I feel very happy!

Heat a pan, add olive oil, stir-fry ginger, garlic, and red pepper until fragrant.
