Sesame and Cucumber Juice
Overview
I saw this drink on a recipe and was curious about what sesame seeds and cucumbers would taste like together, so I tried it. I thought that stir-frying the sesame seeds would make it more fragrant, so I stir-fried the sesame seeds, but the taste was not to my liking. Cucumber is rich in vitamin E, which can prolong life and resist aging. The cucumber enzyme in cucumber has strong biological activity. Sesame seeds contain a large amount of fat and protein, as well as carbohydrates, vitamin A, vitamin E, lecithin, calcium, iron, magnesium and other nutrients; the linoleic acid in sesame seeds can regulate cholesterol.
