Barley kernels.

Wash and soak for two hours (barley kernels are very hard, so it is better if they are soaked and boiled. If you use a pressure cooker, there is no need to soak them).

After soaking, put it into the rice cooker, add an appropriate amount of water, and press the porridge button (the cooked barley will be more than 3 times larger, so you need to add more water).

The cooked barley porridge has a smooth and delicious texture.
