Ingredients
Steps
-
All water and oil leather materials are mixed
-
Mix all pastry ingredients
-
Knead the oily and watery skin and the pastry into balls separately (just knead the oily and watery skin as smooth as possible, you don’t need to use gloves)
-
Divide the oily and watery skin into 12 equal parts, roll into round balls and cover with plastic wrap to prevent drying
-
Divide the pastry into four equal parts (if you are making plain pastry, skip this step and just divide it into 12 equal parts)
-
Divide four portions of pastry, add appropriate amount of matcha powder, red yeast rice powder, and cocoa powder to three of them and knead them evenly, then divide each into three equal portions, for a total of 12 portions of pastry
-
Take a dough ball and roll it into a ball, then wrap it in a ball of pastry paste
-
Pinch and wrap tightly
-
Wrap them one by one, with the seams facing down, and cover them with plastic wrap to prevent them from drying out
-
Roll the wrapped dough into an oval shape and roll it up from top to bottom
-
Roll them up one by one, and continue to cover them with plastic wrap to prevent them from drying out
-
Roll it out into a long strip again and roll it up from top to bottom
-
Roll it up as shown in the picture and cover with plastic wrap
-
Divide everything into two from the middle
-
Cut the side down, roll it into a round shape, and fill it with homemade bean paste (or any filling you like) (I divided the bean paste into 25g pieces for reference)
-
Pinch tightly and place with the seam facing downwards on the baking sheet
-
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees for 30 minutes (the temperature is based on the actual temperature of your own oven)
-
