Teacher Meng’s hazelnut cocoa balls, in my opinion, are actually the cocoa version of Jun’s hazelnut cookies, just rolled into a ball shape. There is no ready-made hazelnut powder, so as usual, freshly beaten hazelnut kernels are used. Therefore, slight modifications were made in the materials and operations.

  1. Prepare materials

  4. Put the softened butter into a large bowl and fluff it with a spatula

  5. Mix cocoa powder and flour and sift into butter
