Fried rice noodles
Overview
I slept in late on the weekend and got up too late to go out and buy groceries. I looked through the kitchen and found that I only had ham, eggs and rice noodles at home, so I decided to make simple rice noodles to fill my stomach.

Have materials ready. We use dry rice flour and dried shiitake mushrooms, so they need to be soaked first. Dice ham and mushrooms, and mix thoroughly with eggs. If you have carrots, cabbage, bean sprouts, or leeks at home, you can add some to the dish to make it more delicious.

When the oil pan is hot, fry the ham and mushrooms in a little soy sauce, then put them in a bowl.

Then fry the eggs, add a little soy sauce to make them more fragrant, break them into small pieces and put them in a bowl.

Add rice noodles for frying, add soy sauce and oil, the side dishes have already been added with soy sauce, be sure to control the saltiness when frying rice noodles. Then add mushrooms, ham and eggs and stir well.

Add some Hakka special sauce to make it more delicious with a little spiciness. You can also put Shacha sauce or Laoganma.
