Boil the prepared pork belly with water for five minutes

Cook, wash and slice

Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt and chicken essence. Add two eggs to make the meat more tender. You can also add some pepper and stir together

Stir well and marinate for one to two hours

Dip both sides evenly with rice flour

After everything is done, pour the remaining soup on top

Put it in a rice cooker or steamer and steam it for 40 minutes and it’s done
