Cut the cheese into 2-3 mm slices and brush the fish cake with oyster sauce. Feel free to try other sauces.

Spread the cheese evenly on the fish cake and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees, brush the tin foil with oil, and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool after taking out of the oven.
