Cold Wild Amaranth
Overview
The fat and strong wild amaranth is actually extremely fresh and tender. There is no need to buy it at the market, just choose a clean, uninhabited open space, just grab a handful, and you can make delicious original game. My amaranth is picked from my aunt's farm. It is a pure natural green food and extremely delicious.

Wash amaranth

Boil water in the pot and blanch it

Take it out without running it into cold water

Pinch off the water and place on a chopping board

Cut into 1cm long pieces, add oil and salt, mix well

Crush the garlic and chop into fine pieces

Find a suitable bowl and press all the amaranth into the bowl
