It is a pure natural green food and extremely delicious.

  1. Wash amaranth

  2. Boil water in the pot and blanch it

  3. Take it out without running it into cold water

  4. Pinch off the water and place on a chopping board

  5. Cut into 1cm long pieces, add oil and salt, mix well
