  1. Soak the tank beans for a day, cook them in a pressure cooker until soft, then drain the water and put them into a blender to make a paste

  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat

  3. Add vat of bean paste

  4. Add sugar

  5. Stir constantly over medium-low heat

  6. When the filling thickens, turn to low heat and continue stirring

  7. Add sugar osmanthus and mix well

  8. Pour into a bowl and set aside
