Overview
Stir-fried rapeseed with shiitake mushrooms is a very home-cooked dish. I used to order this dish when I went to restaurants in the past. Today I used fried rapeseed with oyster mushrooms, which also tastes good. In fact, whether it is shiitake mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, or enoki mushrooms, as long as they are fungi, regular consumption can well promote the body's absorption of nutrients from other foods.
