Grilled Lamb Chops

Grandma Da Mi loves barbecue the most. Every time she encounters the kebabs on the streets and night markets, she can’t move her legs. Haha, but she really doesn’t dare to eat anything outside. All kinds of hygiene issues are really worrying. So, you might as well be bold and bake it at home. Even if it is clean and hygienic, it will still be delicious!

Wash the lamb chops, cut them one by one, add cooking wine, salt and green onions, mix well and marinate for half an hour.

Wash and slice vegetables. Set aside.

Line a baking sheet with foil, both sides facing up.

Place the cut vegetable slices under the baking sheet, place the lamb chops on top of the vegetables, brush with oil, bake on the top shelf of the preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes, take it out, brush with barbecue ingredients, and bake for another 5 minutes.
