Add carrot juice, sugar, flour, and yeast into the bread machine barrel and knead for ten minutes. Add corn oil and continue kneading for another 20 minutes until it takes shape. Ferment in a warm place until doubled in size. Take out and divide into 6 large doughs. Use the remaining dough to pinch the noses and eyes, 6 medium-sized doughs for noses, and 12 small-sized doughs for ears.

Place the medium-sized dough for the nose on top of the large dough and make two holes with a toothpick to make nostrils.

Make two small holes at a chosen location above the nose. Dip a toothpick in water and place the black sesame seeds in the holes. The eyes will be fine.

Dip the pig ear dough in water, flatten it, select a position and place it above the eyes, and a pig ear dough will be formed.

Put the pork bun embryos into a steamer filled with cold water and let them rise for 15 minutes, then turn on the heat and steam for 20 minutes before serving!
